Part 1 of 15
Summary
| Roster | 10 creators, two added a week | Ramp from 0 to 10 in six weeks, so the first belt and ring tests run before the full roster is live. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Belt, ring and wallet owners | Six personas, from the Groove Belt Coyote Brown/Soft Touch Black wearer to the July Delphinium Thin Ring giver. |
| Production | 7 videos a creator a week | 303 videos a month at 10 creators, five formats, one variable changed per test. |
| Pay | Three bands, base pay plus a cap | Starter $600 cap, Standard $1,000 cap, Premium $1,500 cap. The full amounts sit in the pay table. |
| Bonus | $50 flat past 100,000 views | One bonus per creator per month, organic views only, never on a video that broke the claims sheet. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet in Groove Life's own words | Seven approved lines, six banned claims; the 94-year guarantee wording is confirmed before use. |
| Category rule | No health or safety promises | Rings and belts get only the brand's wording: breaks away when it needs to, scratch-resistant finish. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views (Proposed) | The simulator starts at $5.74 on my inputs; closing the gap needs 4.2% viral videos or a median of 21,711 views. |
| Report | Every Monday, by format and creator | Views, cost per 1,000 views against $1, the hooks to repeat and the losers killed early. |
| Decision | Start the warm-up under a $15,000 ceiling | Modeled cost is $10,050; the ceiling is $15,000 with bonuses excluded. A yes starts the warm-up briefs. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid engine beside it. The same playbook fits Groove Life: creators make the videos, paid scales the winners, one number is protected. I have not run accessories, so the first weeks on belts and rings are for learning what buyers respond to.

Why now
44,428 Reviews
A review count already on the page
The Groove Life page displays 44,428 Reviews. Creators start with proof that buyers already wear and rate these belts and rings.
PublishedRated 4.9 out of 5 stars
A top star rating to film around
One rating on the page reads Rated 4.9 out of 5 stars. Creators can show the product without needing to invent a result.
Published94-year
A guarantee with a number in its name
The wallet, golf belt, watch band and tungsten ring pages all carry the 94-year No BS Groove Guarantee. It is a concrete line for a creator to confirm and use.

Principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views, target $1 (Proposed). On my first inputs the simulator reads $5.74, so every belt, ring and wallet test is judged against that gap.
One variable per test
Same Groove Alpha Ring, same short video; only the first line changes. Seven videos a creator a week give enough tests to build a hook library fast.
Losers killed early
A hook that stalls in its first round is dropped. Budget follows the format behind the next 100,000-view video, not the one we liked best.
Work in the open
Briefs, claim questions and drafts live in one team workspace, so a question about the 94-year guarantee is answered where every creator can read it.

#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MayaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Groove Belt Coyote Brown/Soft Touch Black. Hook: stretch comfort and a no-hole fit. Seven videos, one variable: the first three seconds.
TheoMon 10:15 AM
Can I call the Alpha Ring the toughest ring out there, or does that need a source?
Use it word for word: "The toughest, most breathable silicone ring on the planet." Do not add any injury or safety promise.
Weekly botAppMon 9:00 AM
Report posted: views by format, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, three hooks to retire, two to repeat. Belt formats lead; wallet videos trail.
MayaTue 2:40 PM
Draft sent back. The titanium ring video says it never scratches. Swap in the brand line "Scratch-resistant finish." and reshoot the opening line.
PriyaThu 6:05 PM
The July Delphinium Thin Ring gift video just passed 100,000 views. It is all organic so far, no boost on it.
Bonus botAppThu 6:30 PM
Check passed: claims sheet clean, disclosure on screen. $50 flat bonus queued for Priya, the one allowed per creator this month.
MayaFri 11:00 AM
Before we send that video to paid: disclosure in the caption, no health or safety line, and no hint that the Guy Harvey collection endorses anyone.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Belt: the no-hole fit
“stretch comfort, magnetic buckles, and a no-hole fit”
Close shot of the Groove Belt Black/Black being buckled and adjusted, then a day of sitting, bending and walking. No cuts on the buckle.

Brief 02
Golf belt on the course
“Gear For Getting The Job Done”
Groove Golf Belt Pro® - White worn through a round, with a swing shot and a close look at the buckle. Natural light, one take.

Brief 03
Alpha ring: break-away
“holds its shape but breaks away when it needs to”
Groove Ring Alpha Black on hand during a workout or a job. Show it on and off only. Never test the break-away in a way that could hurt.

Brief 04
Thin ring as a gift
“Lightweight comfort you'll barely notice.”
Handing over the July Delphinium Thin Ring with the birth-flower story. Film the reaction, then the ring on hand in daylight.

Brief 05
Wallet: card access
“quick card access, RFID protection, and slim everyday carry”
Groove Wallet Midnight Black with Money Clip: pull a card, clip cash, pocket it. Overhead shot, no voiceover until the second take.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Lightweight comfort you'll barely notice.”, “Men's belts with stretch comfort, magnetic buckles, and a no-hole fit.”, “94-year No BS Groove Guarantee”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Belt and everyday-carry creators
Creators who already film belts, wallets and pocket gear. They know the Groove Belt and Groove Wallet categories and can show a day of wear without a script.
Ring wearers who already post
People filming silicone and metal rings on the job or at the gym. The Groove Alpha Ring and the Titanium range are the natural fit, so I would reach out directly.
Gift and birth flower creators
Creators who talk about gifts and partners. The Birth Flower Rings, one thin ring for each month, give them a ready story for each gift video.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the Groove Life site. Recruiting starts with direct outreach and a short brief, not an application form.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Wears the product
Shows a belt, ring or wallet on camera in past posts, not just in a sponsored slot.
2Honest on camera
Talks about what a product does and does not do. Overpromisers are out.
3Reliable output
Can post seven videos a week for a full month without missing a day.
4Clean on claims
Passes a short test: rewrite three claims using only the claims sheet.
5Fits a persona
Matches one of six personas, so every format has a creator who suits it.
Part 7 of 15
Who we want
Everyday-carry belt wearer
Shows the belt through a full workday, from sitting to lifting. Talks stretch comfort and the no-hole fit.
Likely product: Groove Belt Coyote Brown/Soft Touch Black
Golfer
Films a round in the belt and keeps it simple: the belt, the swing, the buckle up close.
Likely product: Groove Golf Belt Pro® - Navy Flag
Active-job ring wearer
Wears the silicone ring at work or the gym and speaks only the brand's tough, breathable wording.
Likely product: Groove Alpha Ring - Olive
Metal band, minimal style
Wants a classic band without losing comfort. Talks weight and finish using the brand's lines only.
Likely product: Groove Ring® Titanium - Platinum
Gift giver
Builds a video around a birth-flower gift for a partner, friend or parent, from wrap to reaction.
Likely product: July Delphinium Thin Ring
Slim-wallet minimalist
Shows what fits in a minimalist wallet and how fast a card comes out in a line at the register.
Likely product: Groove Wallet® - Midnight Black 250th Flag
Left off, every time
Always left out: minors, creators who promise health or safety outcomes from wearing a ring or belt, anyone who implies the Guy Harvey or Katie Van Slyke collections endorse them, and creators who demo the knife products where carrying them is not allowed.
Part 8 of 15

Part 9 of 15
Claims sheet
Approved, word for word
Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.
“The toughest, most breathable silicone ring on the planet.”
Alpha ring videos, as the opening or closing line.
“Built with anti-stretch tech so it holds its shape but breaks away when it needs to.”
Alpha ring videos, said exactly as written.
“Lightweight comfort you'll barely notice.”
Titanium ring and thin ring videos.
“Scratch-resistant finish.”
Titanium ring close-ups on the finish.
“Men's belts with stretch comfort, magnetic buckles, and a no-hole fit.”
Belt videos, golf belt videos included.
“Minimalist wallets with quick card access, RFID protection, and slim everyday carry.”
Wallet videos, said as written.
“94-year No BS Groove Guarantee”
Only once the guarantee terms are confirmed for the product on screen.
Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
This ring will save your finger
The brand says only that it breaks away when it needs to. No injury or safety promise.
A belt or ring that fixes your posture or performance
Any health or performance outcome is off the claims sheet.
The titanium ring never scratches
The site says scratch-resistant finish, not that scratches cannot happen.
Better than a named competitor's ring or belt
No comparison is backed by the Groove Life pages.
Guy Harvey or Katie Van Slyke wears and endorses it
A collection name on the site is not an endorsement.
A discount, free shipping or stock alert for any product
No such offer was found, so no creator may mention one.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Does the 94-year guarantee apply to every product?
Pages word it as Guarantee and as Warranty. Confirm one exact line with Groove Life.
Is the free Alpha Silicone ring still included with the Titanium Platinum ring?
It appears on one product page. Confirm before any creator mentions it.

Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
For new creators with a small audience: base pay for seven belt or ring videos a week, up to a cap.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
For creators who already move rings and belts: higher base pay, a higher cap, same claims sheet.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
For creators with a proven audience for titanium and tungsten rings: top base pay and the top cap.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month, no matter how many videos pass 100,000 views.
- The bonus is paid per video: the first one past 100,000 views earns the $50 flat.
- Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count toward the bonus.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rules, even if it took off.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
Read it as: ten creators reach 1.8M views and cost $10,050, so $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1.00. Hitting target needs 4.2% of videos to go viral, or a median of 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Two a week until ten
Two creators join each week until ten are live. Briefs start with the Groove Alpha Ring and the Groove Belt; the claims sheet is signed before any post.
Month 1
First full run
Seven videos a creator a week, five formats, one variable per test. Losers are cut by the end of each week.
Month 2
Winners become the template
Winning hooks are handed to every creator. The first video past 100,000 views earns the $50 flat bonus, one per creator.
Month 3
Best videos go paid
The strongest organic belt and ring videos move to paid. Cost per 1,000 views is checked against the $1 target.
Day 90
Written readout
What $5.74 became, which of the 303 monthly videos paid back, and whether the roster grows or shrinks.
Ceiling
Monthly cap on spend
$15,000 with all ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded. It does not move without a yes from Groove Life.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Pick the winner
A video passes 100,000 views organically, with a clean claims sheet and disclosure on screen.
Get usage rights
The creator agrees in writing to paid use before anything is boosted.
Test one variable
The first paid run changes only the hook. Same belt, same ring, same video.
Scale or stop
If cost per 1,000 views beats the $1 target, spend goes up. If not, the video is killed early.
From the video to the checkout
- Belt videos go to the Best Selling Belts page.
- Ring videos go to Shop Rings, with ring sizing one click away.
- Wallet videos go to Shop Wallets, with the Midnight Black wallet first.
- Birth flower gift videos go to the Birth Flower Rings collection.
- Watch band videos go to Watch Bands, with watch band sizing linked.
Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Rules for rings, belts, wallets and knives
Groove Life sells accessories worn daily, so creators show the product and use the brand's wording. They do not make safety, health or performance promises.
Brand words only
Product claims come from the claims sheet. A creator who wants to say more asks in the claims channel first and waits for an answer.
Break-away is not a safety promise
The brand says the ring breaks away when it needs to. A creator may say that line, but never tests it on camera and never says it prevents injury.
No health or performance outcomes
Belts and rings are never said to help posture, comfort conditions or athletic results. Comfort is described only with the brand's lines.
Disclose every paid post
Each video carries a clear disclosure on screen and in the caption. A post without it is pulled and earns no bonus.
Designs and collections
The Guy Harvey, America 250 and flag designs are shown, not argued for. No creator implies a named artist or cause endorses the brand.
Knives and sharp gear
The Money Clip Knife and the Carabiner Knife follow local law. No demos near people, schools or travel places, and no cutting tests.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
